1. Shipping Time 

The shipping time varies based on the product category: 

1.1 E-bikes:

Delivered to your chosen Pick Up & Service Point within 4 to 5 weeks. You are required to pick up your e-bike from the selected Pick Up & Service Point. Note, the Pick Up & Service Point is selected at checkout.  

For finalizing the pickup date, the respective service point will reach out to you either via email or a phone call. 

1.2 Accessories:

Shipped directly to your address and arrive within 2 to 3 business days. 

1.3 Calculation of Shipping Time 

Delivery times are calculated from the time of the conclusion of the purchase contract.  

1.4 Delivery Area 

Delivery area is the Netherlands. Delivery to other countries can be requested and will be checked by us on a case-by-case basis. 

If you haven’t received your order or if you haven’t been contacted by the Pick Up & Service Point for your e-bike order within the delivery period specified above, please contact us at [email protected]. Please provide your name and order number for swift assistance. 

2. Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over € 100.
